Additional Facilities

There are several private lounge areas for guests to enjoy, including the huge formal lounge, with a cast iron fireplace, original burr timber mantlepiece, timber features and ceilings, all in Kauri, and 2 floor to ceiling windows that slide up to become French doors onto the covered verandah with views for miles across the countryside.

The sumptuous schoolroom has also been completely refurbished, and the huge bay window and entrance door with sidelights give the room all day sun and the warmth of a conservatory.

All rooms have been substanially renovated with new gibbing, insulation, wiring, plumbing and fittings......right down to the Italian crystal chandeliers to enhance the magnificent original ceilings and the 5 floor to ceiling sash windows that slide right up to become doorways to the verandah.

There are also 2 large wooden croquet sets at your disposal to be played on the huge front lawn.

The new inground pool has gorgeous built in seating, and a paved flagstone area for entertaining and catching the sun.

The Harness Room next to the pool has now also been restored and made into a fabulous summer house.

Cancellations
1. There will be no charge if cancellation is notified to us more than 21 days prior to the checking in date.
2. Cancellation between 7 and 21 days before checking in date will result in a charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days before checking in date will result in a charge of the full accommodation cost.
4. A No Show will result in the full cost of your planned stay charged to your credit card.

Vehicle & Belongings
The Owners accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any car, its contents, or any baggage or personal belongings.

Damage
The guest is legally responsible for all breakages and damage that may occur during the holiday and any cost of repair or replacement is refundable to the Owners on demand. Any damage or breakage must be reported to the Owners or their representative immediately.
